I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a minor in Kinesiology. I never set out to become a traditional weight trainer or to earn certifications. Instead, my approach to training was built organically over years of hands on experience, learning directly from some of the best in the industry and refining what actually works.
Along the way, I have learned from celebrity trainers who have prepared some of the most physically fit actors in film, America’s Got Talent winners who helped develop custom programs for me, and top weight training influencers whom I have hired to build and refine training systems I personally use. From all of this, I have developed my own training style that is fun, challenging, intentional, and results driven.

Over the years, people in my classes and at the gym consistently ask me the same questions.
What is your secret?
Do you do personal training?

After hearing this so often, I decided it was time to offer what I have learned to others.

​What makes my training different is attention to detail and a large toolbox of unique techniques that go far beyond the typical three to four sets of fifteen reps routine. Many people walk into a gym, use a machine, follow the same formula, and move on. My approach goes deeper. I introduce creative rep schemes, tempo changes, drop sets, ladders, active rest, and band based work that keeps the body engaged even between sets.

I use resistance bands extensively during what I call active rest periods, keeping the body moving while still allowing recovery. The goal is functionality, overall wellness, muscle tone, and long term sustainability, not just lifting weights for the sake of lifting.
This is the exact style of training I personally follow. The same techniques and exercises that have produced my own results. You are not getting a generic program. You are getting a system that has been tested, refined, and lived.

I am available to train at your gym as a guest or you can be a guest at Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness, where I already have a membership and can bring a friend to train with.

I am open to working with school age students, adults, and older individuals, with each program adjusted appropriately for age, ability, and goals.
