Welcome to Coach Bobby Sports! A premier kids fitness program, developed by Coach Bobby, whose focus is to get kids active and moving! The programs give students of different ages and abilities the physical skills necessary for a healthy lifestyle, the confidence to improve their performance skills, and a love for fitness that will energize them to stay fit. Since CB Sports was established in 1992, CB Sports has trained thousands of kids all across the U.S. Jump Rope Express is proud to be the first jump rope instruction program for the United States Air Force Youth Program, bringing the fun sport of jump rope to Military families. We believe the students will blossom given the right instruction, encouragement and fun environment! The “Fun Factor” is the foundation of the games, activities, drills and challenges that are taught. It is what makes the classes so appealing to kids and keeps them looking forward to every class. The programs emphasize progressive mastery of specific skills that will get your kids in tip top form. The participants work on developing in- creased speed, agility, strength, endurance, stamina, balance, timing and hand-eye-foot coordination. We also aim to boost your child’s confidence while encouraging self-expression, self-discipline, diligence, and fulfillment. The programs focus on teaching teamwork, sportsman- ship, and the spirit of camaraderie! Coach Bobby is the one responsible for all the fun activities, challenges, games and drills. He earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Kinesiology. He has accumulated extensive experience coaching basketball, teaching Physical Education, teaching jump rope all over the United States, conducting summer camps, and attending workshops & conferences. In addition, he has experience with Showchoir, Drama, Musicals, and Band Concerts. He loves inventing exciting games, activities challenges and drills that get kids excited and active. He has designed thousands of physical education, summer camp, basketball, and jump rope activities, games, challenges and drills. His experience and contagious enthusiasm inspire children to stay active and get them excited about fitness.
