Jump Rope Express
Jump Rope is a enthusiastic sport that improves athleticism! It incorporates many fitness and sports skills, making it fun for kids! Learning single rope, partner, long rope and double dutch skills through unique and imaginative activities, games, challenges and drills keeps everyone motivated, excited and entertained. Jump Rope Express provides rope jumping instruction to students in the San Antonio Area. It is featured at private and public schools throughout San Antonio. The program has been so popular that the United States Air Force hired Coach Bobby to promote jump rope and fitness for their military kids at bases throughout the United States. Coach Bobby has trained students for fun, fitness, and performances. He has trained tennis, basketball, football, soccer, hockey and other sports athletes that are looking for a fun and non-traditional way to get fit for their sport. He coaches the Jumping Dragons Performance Team who’s exciting routines and showstopper performances have them in demand in San Antonio.
Many parents, principals, and military base commanders praise the program and Coach Bobby’s enthusiastic and exciting method of instruction that motivates the students to jump rope. BRINGING THE EVENT TO YOU Jump Rope Express is available to bring the program to your school or organization. We have started programs for many elementary schools, middle schools, private schools, boy/girl scouts, church groups and homeschool kids. We also offer workshops, camps and demonstrations. We a variety of programs such as after school classes, summer sessions, jump rope for heart events, kids night out sessions, weekly classes, weekend workshop classes, summer camps and monthly programs. JUMPROBIX ADULT CLASSES AVAILABLE Jumprobix was formed because of the popularity of the kids programs. The program allows adults to exercise, stay fit and relive their youth. Coach Bobby brings his enthusiasm and out of the box teaching style to the forefront of adult fitness. The classes are a mix between aerobics, boot camp and P.E. combined with the fun sport of jumping rope. Adults learn different jump rope skills and participate in energetic fitness challenges, games, activities, and drills that will get their body moving and burn calories! |
