BEGINNER ADULT JUMP ROPE WORKOUT
Coach Bobby is known as the Willy Wonka of Kid’s Fitness. He has developed unique energetic games, activities, challenges, and drills that make the workouts fun. Now he is bringing the program to adults.
The workout is a mix between Aerobics, CrossFit, Zumba, Dance, and P.E. Classes combined with the fun sport of Jump Rope. You will learn different jump rope skills while participating in energetic and unique fitness challenges, games, and drills. It is designed to keep you active and moving!
Members should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. We provide the ropes, music and fun!
The minimum for a class is at least 7 members. If we do not have the minimum the class will be rescheduled.
